Is TikTok right? Does adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to your coffee provide help to burn fat?

Cinnamon has long been utilized in sweet and savory dishes and beverages world wide.

But a brand new TikTok trend claims that adding a teaspoon of cinnamon to your day by day coffee (and a few cocoa to make it extra delicious) can provide help to burn fat for per week. Is there any truth on this?

Not all cinnamon is identical
